I graduated from college this past weekend. It's a bit of a surreal feeling. I'm sure other recent grads can back me up. Even though I went to my convocation, wore the hideously nylon gown, and tugged an ill-fitting cap over my short curls, I didn't feel properly graduated until today. I logged on to my student account and saw my requirement to complete Stafford loan exit counseling. Doesn't get much more real than the realization that you will have to pay back that money you borrowed.
